Chinese celadon glazed porcelain lidded jar of baluster form, covered overall in a pale green glaze with a prominent crackle pattern. Fitted with a domed cover with rounded finial and broad flared rim. Condition: chip to the rim of the jar, with general surface wear, glaze crazing, firing imperfections and minor discoloration consistent with age and use. Size: 13 in. (H) x 8 1/2 in. (D).
